LOCATION: The residence is located in front of the San Martin Square; It has 3 wings oriented to Santa FE Avenue, Maipu St.& M. T. de Alvear St. the 3 wings surround an indoor garden wich originally was extended to Esmeralda St. Designed at the begin of the XX century by the French architect Louis-Marie Henri Sortais for the DR. José C.Paz, founder of journal “La Prensa”.

BALLROOMS: Inspired in the World famous “Hall of Mirrors” in the Palace of Versailles. 3 big Windows allow a magnificent view of San Martin Square. At the high part of the posterior wall of the room is located the box to the Orchestra. This place was reserved to the musicians that played at soirées organized for the family owner of the Palace. To illuminate the room there are 2 chandeliers made in bronze and crystal.
